Order Statuses

When viewing your orders in Admin, there are many different statuses an order may be in.


Below is a list and an explanation of the various statuses you may see on orders in your Gooten Admin. To see a common status progression of an order as it goes from purchase to delivery, head over to the Order Process section.

AddressIssue We were unable to verify the customer's address.
Cancelled The order has been cancelled, usually by you updating the status.
CancelledRefunded The order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued to you or the customer.
Delivered The order has been delivered to the specified address.
Hold The order has been placed on hold.
HoldByCIImageIssue Hold by co-item. This means the manufacturer has grouped certain items together but one of them has an image issue, so the manufacturer is holding all orders in the group.
ImageIssue There is a problem with the image, so the order is unable to be pushed into production.
InProduction The order has been sent to the manufacturer to be produced.
ManuallyInProduction A member of the Gooten staff has pushed the order into production.
NeedsManualApproval By default, orders can be held for review by the Gooten team. You can change this setting in the Checkout section of your Admin Settings.
New An order has just been submitted.
OutForDelivery The order has been packed and waiting for collection by the courier. Once it has been collected the tracking number will then be entered and the order status will then be set to Shipped.
PartnerCancelled The order was requested to be cancelled by you, the partner.
PaymentIssue There was an error processing your payment.
PaymentProcessing Payment is currently being processed.
Pending The order is in a wait period and will be submitted after the wait period.
PrePayment The user selected paypal but the transaction has not been completed.
Printing The manufacturer has received the order and is in the process of printing it.
ReadyForAccounting Your order is in a queue for the payment to be security checked and processed manually. Payment has not been processed yet.
ReadyForImageDl There was an issue accessing the submitted image. Gooten support will download the image and resubmit it.
ReadyForPrint The order has been approved and is waiting in queue to be sent to the manufacturer.
Shipped The manufacturer has shipped the order. You can see its current status in the Shipment tab of the Order details.
ShippingIssue There was a problem while shipping the order - please contact Gooten support at
Test For when partners are testing the API or some other part of the stack.
VendorAPIIssue There was a problem connecting to the manufacturer's API. Contact Gooten Support for help.
VendorCancelled The manufacturer has cancelled the order after it was sent to production.
