Order Intro

  • The Orders tab is the bread and butter of your Gooten activity. Our processing is handled mainly at the order / order item level, rather than the customer level
  • When a customer places an order through Gooten, you receive a notification by email, and the Orders tab updates with a summary of the order.
  • The order management system in your Gooten Admin is where you can view and manage your orders that come through Gooten. When you click the Orders link in the left side navigation, you’ll see an overview of your recent orders:

  • From the overview page, in addition to seeing recent orders, you can
    • Bulk change order status
    • Export a CSV of order, customer, shipping and payment information
