Dye-sublimation printing (or dye-sub printing) utilizes heat to infuse dye into various materials, like thermoplastic, which composes most of our cases. This process directly transforms the dye from a solid to a gas, allowing it to penetrate the material’s fibers.

Polycarbonate & TPU Lining

Most of our phone cases are polycarbonate enriched with TPU lining.

Polycarbonate (PC) represents a clear thermoplastic recognized for its remarkable strength, rendering it highly resistant to impacts and fractures. It is notably lightweight. Its broad range of uses can be traced to its environmentally conscious manufacturing process and recyclable properties.

TPU, or Thermoplastic Polyurethane, is a safe and eco-friendly material free from harmful substances like BPA, Phthalate, and PVC. It stands out for its remarkable elasticity and flexibility while being smooth to the touch and highly durable. It’s completely non-toxic. In terms of durability, TPU typically surpasses PVC.

Faux Leather

Faux leather, or synthetic leather, begins with a polyester fabric base, later treated with wax, dye, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polyurethane to replicate the look and feel of genuine leather. It’s a petroleum-based alternative that mirrors many features of natural leather without harming animals. Though not as durable as authentic leather, it’s soft, water-resistant, and resistant to stains and cuts, making it ideal for various uses, including our customizable wallet phone case.
